The Canon farm now has around 10 hectares of tall apple trees and 3 hectares of pear trees which produce nearly 40 tonnes of fruit per year. All of the farm's land is organic (55ha), as well as all of the farm's cider products since 2000. No pesticides are used on the land or trees (fertilizers, weedkillers, chemicals. ..) nor in the manufacture of organic cider-making or other products.
