In 2015, Nicolas Tyrode opened the doors of the Brasserie du Triangle d'Or in the village of Poligny, located in the heart of the Jura mountains. It was born from a persistent passion and the desire to offer quality craft beer to a mainly local clientele. It is at the foot of the first plateau of the Jura mountains that the brewer gave free rein to his imagination to create his beers that will undoubtedly satisfy the most demanding amateurs!
