The motivation of Thomas Renaudin's l'Ours Brasseur is to rediscover and share the authentic taste of the beers of yesteryear, thanks to a completely artisanal manufacturing method. Everything is handmade, with heart and passion, fermentation is slow, the ingredients, natural, are chosen with care. All of my beers are live, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and of course, re-fermented in bottles. This ancestral method gives an authentic product, which is preserved and evolves naturally over time, far from industrial and tasteless products on the market!
