In 2016, with their experience in winemaking and “garage” beers, Guillaume and Jocelyn created the Brasserie Mâconnaise BARTONN. These two engineers, from the wine industry, fell in love with this other fascinating drink with a diverse and varied aromatic palette.

BARTONN, acronym for Brasserie Artisanale Mâconnaise, is also a beer steeped in values ​​and history. Indeed, the two founders set out to make this brand a real visual and taste identity. The BARTONN is above all convivial and aspires to bring together all sensibilities around a beer of character combining the wine world, the brewing world and especially Rock & Roll.

Today, BARTONN is gaining new momentum to develop its production and distribution. This development began in 2019 with the arrival of Alexandre in the team which will improve and develop our production tools. Then the brewery moved to its new 500 m² premises in Varennes les Mâcon.

By dint of work and customization of equipment, the brewery is now able to produce around 1,000 liters for each brew, with a storage capacity of over 9,000 liters, and thus enough to produce 60,000 liters of beers per brew. year.
