Taster, vintage 2008. Pours unclear flat brown. Aroma is nuts, honey, caramel, wet hops. Body is medium, quite sour but not tart at all, flat, reminiscent of sweetness, but not really there anymore. More nuts and caramel and honey. Good!
On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with Višnja 666. Black, small lasting beige head. Fruity aroma, dark cherry, toasty and roasty malts, metallic, some grainy malty moments. Creamy texture. Metallic flavour covers tart fruity and roasty notes. Light body, dry, drinkable, finish a bit harsh. Strong, some alcohol presence.
Tap at Fakin. Blackish dark brown, tan head. Creamy aroma, nice, raisins, sweetish, nice maltiness, without much else. Lean body, subdued maltiness, light raisin, soft, ends dry, kinda bitterish, strange subdued touches coming from the yeast, but it's quite restrained. A touch of malt, a touch of tartness and that's it. Expected so much more.
06/10/2018 - sampled from bottle on RBBSG 2018 Hazy dark yellow, no real head. Nose is grainy, bit lemon, sherry, wood. Taste is grains, bit apple, bit lemon, lots of oak and sherry in the end. I had the impression that the age was perfect at this point. the lambic and sherry tastes were nicely working together. Great one ans as for me uncomparable to anything else.
33cl bottle. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of dry floral bitter hops, grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of grassy and spicy bitter hops, pale malt, typical belgian yeast, medium bitterness, medium to high carbonation.

Little cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, fruity, wood, brett, dry musky impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: acidic start, fruity touch, dry, spicy, lots of lemon and lemon peel. Aftertaste: bit fruity, dry, some tannins, lemony, nice acidity, dry, some green apples, nice stuff!
Bottle not shared but devoured by me at lambiek of doom. Super beautiful slight deep reddish pink with lovely light pink head. Surprisingly massive amount of strawberries, immediately followed by strong sour cherries, barnyard funk, hay, mineral notes. It’s uite earthy too, and in the aftertaste there’s a touch of glue that strawberry spurs so often have, slightly moldy maybe. After all the fruit there’s soft green leaves and a bit of red wine. Solid medium sour with some residual fruit sweetness and light bitter. Medium bodied with fine sparkly carbonation that 3F do so well. Very enjoyable, glad I have a whole bottle too myself.
Bottle, 37,5 cl. Assemblage no 56 seizoen 16/17. Color: Slightly hazy orange golden, white head. Aroma: Sourish, funky Brett, grain.
