Arnaud renovated an old barn and installed brewing tanks: the brand and the workshop were born! He immediately associated with a friend they met in Paris and they decide to embark on the adventure together by making artisanal French beers in the Sens region, in the countryside and with the barley grown by his parents.
It is in this natural break that we find the Popihn brewery workshop, with the very latest brewing equipment. They readily admit to being influenced and inspired by the breweries of the United States and England.
Very aromatic although a little bitter IPAs which give pride of place to exotic fruits (lemon, guava, mango, grapefruit!) And sour drinks that are not very developed in France! This is their hallmark: originality and innovation, but each time with the highest quality! Their daring paid off: they are now key players in these “niche” markets!

0, 33l from bottle shared at Goblet in Zagreb. Black color, small coffee colored head. smells vanilla bourbon, spices, too much barrel, boozy, mezcal. Nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes wood, mezcal, bourbon, vanilla, nutty, soy sauce, nutty, bit boozy. finishes lightly boozy with notes of bourbon, vanilla and soy sauce. Pretty good one overall, very barrel forward, tad too boozy, the guys did not like it though

Bottle. Black. Massive vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, a hint of rum, chocolate mousse. Massive chocolate dessert! Solid sweet but also nice bitterness. Full bodied, quite boozy. So tasty!

Heller, weich hefig-hopfiger Beginn. Milde Süße, geringe Herbe, hohe Süffigkeit. Spritzig, weich, fast cremig. Herb-hopfiger Mittelteil, zunehmend trocken, langer Nachhall. 6/11/11/8/9/10

44cl can. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense raspberries and tart cassis. Taste of sour raspberries, cherries, red fruits, some lacto, refreshing.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, small head. Intense aroma of mango and piney overripe tangerine. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Wheat crackers and mango, overripe tangerine. Low bitterness. Slight hop burn.
