Pours slightly hazed, bright yellow. Big white head. Scent is banana, bit malty. Rather fresh. Touch coriander ? Taste is a bit bitter, rather sharp. Banana is milder than expected. Slick, some 4VG, but balanced. ?ot as exhausting as many tripels tend to be.
Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, intense brett, sharp , grainy. Taste is sharp, bretty, mild tartness, very malty. Absolutely lovely !
Pours dark brown. Creamy mochawhite head. Scent is roasty, chocolate, fairly intense. Taste is full, roasty, sharp, chocolate. Coffee, bitter roastyness. Smooth body, medium low carbo.
Pours clear, pale gold. Scmall white head. Scent is fresh, crisp, citrussy, sharp. Taste is sharp, tart (lactic acid) citrussy. Malty finish. Recognizable proefbrouwerij NA. Very refreshing. Nice enough NA !
Pours unclear yellow. Scent is coriander, with a sharp edge to it. Milder on the wheat. Taste is very fresh, not very clear on the wheat . Bit bitter, coriander. Decent. Quite 4VG, but still fairly refreshing.
Pours very dark brown, towards black. Typical nitro head. Very creamy and white, super stable. Scent is very mild, creamed coffee, but it takes some effort to find. Taste is full, green coffee, herbal eve. Very creamy, mild roasted barrel aspects, bourbon very mild to hidden. Roasty, chocolate (pure) , very easy drinker, regardless the 8.5 ABV. Quite enjoyable, and very fitting for Nitro.
Pours dark amberblonde. No real head. Scent is very funky, raw, rhubarb heavy but lambic isn't lost. Dirty, old wood. De troch alright ! Taste is tart, dry, surprisingly dry and balanced. A lot of rhubarb, way less funk than anticipated. Ends fairly short.
Pours dark copper, slightly unclear. Small white head. Scent is crunchy malts, caramelly touch (not too much, perhaps just a touch of crystal malts?) Amber malty nuttyness shines trough. Taste is refreshing, bit bitter, crunchy malts, smoothening caramel. Very very balanced. Crisp, medium bitterness. I really like this one ! Examplifies the style very well !
Pours bit unclear yellow. , medium white head. Scent is very mild, malty, nice just very low key. Taste is quite bitter, strong maltyness, but not as crisp or fresh tasting as hoped. Aged malt like aromas. Bisquits. not a lot of lager (yeast) profile, farily sharp and rather dry
Pours slightly unclear blonde, small white head with a good cling. Scent is mild, tart fruityness. Refreshing. Taste is tart, fairly simple and lactic, with just a hint of grapes. Really smooth and very well collaborating. Floral, white and yellow fruits. Balancing the mild acidity. I prefer more complex sours, but perhaps the simplicity is what makes this one work so well.
