Pineapple, orange, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Hazy golden yello wtih small head. Moderately sweet pineapple, orange, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good boyd. Fruity.
Apple, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Dark amber wtih moderate head. Moderately sweet caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
Chocolate caramel malt and fresh weedy hay aroma. Dark brown with large tan head. Lightly sweet chocolate caramel malt, and mildly bitter/astringent fresh hay flavor. Light body, especially for an Eisbock. Pretty easy drinking - a sessionable Eisbock.
Chocolate malt and grass aroma. Black with moderate tan head. Mildly sweet chocolate malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Nice straight forward schwarzbier.
Taster at brewery. Amber pour, fine head. Caramel aroma with a hint of citrus. Taste brings the hops forward, still a nice caramelly base, but the hops bring herbal notes, light dank and pine.
Taster at brewery. Dark brown pour, ring of head. Aroma is malty, light roast. Taste is malty with some light banana notes. Thin.
Taster at brewery. Almost black pour, small fine ring of head. Aroma and taste are roast Malts, bitter and a touch of sweetness, chocolate.
Taster at brewery. Medium amber, thin head. Light caramel malt aroma. Taste is malty, caramel with a dry bitter finish.
Oatmeal, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with small head. Moderately sweet oatmeal, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay and ash flavor. Body a bit light. Decent.
