Our name draws inspiration from the huge skies where endless mountains melt into clouds on the horizon. This might seem odd considering the fact that we are smack in the middle of the flatlands in Oklahoma City, but our founder Joel Irby (an Oklahoma native) spent 10 years perfecting his brewing craft at breweries in Boulder, Colorado. The urge eventually hit to open up his own spot, and with Oklahoma City’s recent growth and proximity to family it was the perfect place to make this dream a reality. We opened our doors in the summer of 2017.

Can. Pours hazy yellow. Orange, orange juice, guava, lemon, quite floral, little grassy, grain. Medium body. Reasonable.

16oz can from Tavour. Orange hazy pour, thin creamy white head. Fruity, tropical and citrus aroma, bitterness. Taste is hoppy, green, earthy, citric, tropical fruit, a real cornucopia of flavors. Bitterness continues through to the finish.

40oz bottle at share. Bright, clear golden, small foamy head. Malty taste and aroma, slick. Simple and clean, but low in ABV.

Bottle thanks to Denny. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong booze, caramel, raisin, fig. Slick body, toffee, raisin, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle thanks to Denny. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, roast, cocoa, vanilla. Slick body, strong coconut, chocolate malt, wood, bourbon heat, very nice.
