2013 corked bottle. Golden blonde. Apple and hints of vinegar and citrus in the aroma. Apple sour flavor, lemon. Thinnish. Totally dry, soft floral notes. Fortified Berliner Weisse with a bite. Thanks Benzai!

0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning shared by Thomas, big thanks. Bordeaux like color, small pink head. Smells of cherries, marzipan, nutty, earthy, spices. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of marzipan, sour cherries, earthy, peepery, bit lactic. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, marzipan and lactic notes. Very nice one, rather on the clean side 8, 4, 8, 4, 15
