Lazy Sunday THT. Batch 4. Dark purple. Massive sweet honey and raspberries. This is the porniest raspberry you can taste, apart from eating out with raspberries. IMHO. Makes me very honey. Bazinga!

Pale gold, slightly syrupy. Smells slightly sweet, definitely spicy, christmassy. Plenty of nutmeg, light cinnamon. Soft mouthfeel, not super thick. Taste is rich, remarkebly dry, some toasted apple and plenty of spice. More holiday dessert than apple.

Magus, marjane, veits paberine, kirsine, vaarikane, mustsõstar. Väga hea, kuigi paberine noot häirib.

Pours a very dark and deep purplish red, nicely viscous. Smell is typical Schramms pure jammyness, tons of raspberry. Definitely some alcohol in there, but the raspberry quickly overwhelms it. Lots of tannins, bit of a dry aftertaste. Remarkebly complex, but a bit low on the intensity compared to others of theirs.
