THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled bottled @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Super bright raspberry with little pink head. Nose is massive puckering raspberry, sour, low elder flower and a hint of cassis vinegar. Taste is awesome puckering raspberry, low complimenting vinegar, puckering cassis, crazy fruit, just a small touch of complimentary vinegar, pleasant puckering profile. This is beautiful.

Sample from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016 When watching the color from the glass you wouldn’t expect that this version has strawberries in it, however from the nose they are all over... color is golden with a white head. Aroma has besides the strawberries, straw/hay, sweet, grass, metalic. Taste is a bit from ’old’ strawberries, weak sour, a bit tart, metalig notes, did prefer the other versions.

Aroma of wood, sweet, vanille, sour, some fruits, light caramel, however quite nice, a bit more on the sweet side. Taste is quite soft, weak sourness, soft, more balanced, nice notes, some oak, a little dry, nice.

@Borefts 2017 van tap, mooi rood zonder kraag. aroma van framboos, smaken van zacht zuur, glad, fruitigheid van de frambozen en wat braam, prima smaken, trekt na een tijdje wel je mond bij elkaar, zacht en gebalanceerd.lange afdronk.

Sampled from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Hazy, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, slightly artificially fruity and a bit sourish aroma of strawberry, some raspberries and a touch of sweet cherry. Rather sour, fruity taste of strawberry, rhubarb, lemon and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sweetish, sourish-fruity and slightly funky aroma of lemon, mango, passion fruit and gooseberry. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and some mango, followed by a medium long, rather tart finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Sourish, funky and a little fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and some oak. Very sour, funky and a little fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, oak and some rhubarb, followed by a medium long, rather tart and woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good!
