750ml Bottle. Bright yellow pour with a white head. Barnyard bouquet. Bright, crisp, and clean with wonderful mellow barnyard, lemon zest, and citrus notes. Great body and mouthfeel.

Bottle (2018 Ruffus Blend) consumed at Moeder’s Into the Wine Tasting. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Nice Chardonay bouquet. Interesting, I get more Chardonay in the nose than in the taste. It’s on the sweeter and lighter side. Nice sourness and funk from the lambic in the middle and finish. Good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle generously shared by Tony. Dark garnet pour with a faint white head Vinegar nose. Tasty with big vinous overtones. Slightly effervescent but not overly so. Subtle cherry backbeats. Really good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle. Clear light golden pour with a white head. Vinegar and Marsala bouquet. This is awesome. Subtle orange notes give way to showcase the complexity. Malty caramels and barrel characteristics intermingle with the Rhum and Marsala. Low in carbonation but with a wonderful mouthfeel.

Bottle at Moeder Fontainas. Garnet pour with a white head. Very little on the nose. Mellow luscious red vinous note. Sweet cherry flavors coming through now. The subtle carbonation is perfect. Another gem from Jean. Great body and mouthfeel.

Bottle enjoyed at Cantillon. Dark yellow pour with no real head. Sour lemon bouquet. Flat, and tart with horse blanket, barnyard, and sour lemon highlights. Yeast and sour fruit with very little malt presence. Good body and mouthfeel.
