Exploring the wine and spirit world asside of this all. Allow me to explain a bit on how I score. These are based on personal enjoyment. Quality & 'in style' are part of that enjoyment, but won't totally make or break a drink, if I myself have a different opinion. Whiskey : Rated on the website 'whiskeybase' ( account Kraddell ) Wine : Rated on the App / Site 'Vivino' ( Account named Kraddel . ) <-- with the dot. Still searching a medium for other spirits, so those aren't online for now. If you know anything, let me know ;) For all mediums, the score is decided like this : 100 : Absolute perfection. Must have sampled it at least twice, and be mindblown twice. 90 - 100 : absolutely amazing. I'd like a drink like this anytime, even if it ain't the cheapest. 80-90 : Very damn good. It'll depend a bit more on the price - but this is probably one to seek out. 70-80 : better than average . Will likely enjoy again if it's priced compeditive. 70 : Average score for anything with alcohol . // 50 : The absolute middlepoint ( pure H2O ) Anything with alcohol beneath 50 is simply not worth drinking (seriously, concider your liver) // 05 : The absolute, final downpoint . Songs shall be written about how this attack to the tastebuds has started a rage within, killing inocent bystanders for no apparent reason - other than the fact my life is ruined by drinking this. On the other hand, it's kinda interesting to try something THIS bad, so you should probably seek it out ! As you can see, I use the FULL scale , and a rating of 70 by myself isn't bad at all !

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Pours black, small tanned ring of foam. Scent is full, roasty, bitter chocolate. Taste is full, roasty, bitter. Not as silky and smooth as others in the series. Ashy, burnt, dark and intense chocolate. Hides the booze well.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6

Pours unclear amber, small white head. Scent is funky, dried oak. Twigs and herbs. Taste is mildly acidic, sharp , oaky, sweaty finish.

Pours darker purple, scent is full, intense honey, red fruits. Taste is full, intense red fruityness. Silky smoothness. Lovely honey . Intense on the alcohol. Lovely mead !

Pours unclear orange, no head. Scent is string-cheese (smoked). Taste is full, tart, smoked cheese, mild oakyness, fruits are relatively low , beneath the smoke.

Pours very dark brown to black. Scent is coca cola like. Mild acetic acid. Taste is sharp, tart, woody, mildly acetic. Far less cola like in the taste.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is mild 'green' beer, fusel alcohol. Taste is medium sharp, alcohol (chemical alcohol). Mild whisky. Not at all very bourbon like to me. A bit thin , just like most other recent editions in the series.
