Clear bright ruby pour with a thin pinkish-white head and visible carbonation. Rich fresh sour cherry flavour, almonds, marzipan, mineral funk, some red currant. Amazing stuff, as usual.

(cellar raid, pandemic edition) Semi-hazy amber pour with a thin off-white head. Notes of citrus, mouldy oak barrels, unripe stone fruit, mineral funk, white grape vinegar, grape skin. Dry and tart, balanced by a subtle malt sweetness.
