pitch black color. Tons of dark chocolate and light roasted notes with excellent cognac and oak character. Thick, full bodied. Alcohol well hidden for the size of the beer. Low carbonation. Medium bitterness. Mildly sweet. Slight tart. Just an excellent beer to have at a ski hill in February

urbid golden white color. Frothy white head. Dank, juicy nose, muscat, mangos, lime and orange juice. Smooth mouth, juicy, not super fresh so lost a bit, low carbonation, low medium bitterness. Very smooth. Overall pretty nice.

golden color. Frothy white head. Candided mangoes jump up with just a faint hint of rye. Medium body, fairly dry, decent tropical fruit notes with unaggressive rye notes but aggravating bitterness that just lingers side by side with rye notes. I don’t think rye and tropical fruit work so well together but nonetheless nice beer.

pours thick deep purple pink color. Tart and sweet nose of cassis. The palate has a lot of gummy bears, lactose and cassis. Medium full body. Not nearly as sweet as I could imagine it could be. Cassis character adds a nice layer of complexity. A nice aperitif I would say.
