As 'Oude Lambiek', presumably 1 year old. Clear golden-orange, quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of dried mandarin peel, wet herbal mix, grass, dusty oak, cheese, walnut, hay. Taste has sour apricot, quickly covered by sour cream, funky hay and bitter notes of grass, straw & dust, running over a dry-bready malt base. Tart and dry finish, softly lemony, lingering bitter straw, wood and leather with some old grassy hops. Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. 'Basic' Lambic here, no frills at all. Enjoyable for what it is.

3 years old. Clear golden-orange, no head. Aroma of perfumey vanilla, biscuit, dried orange peel, overripe apricot & peach, cake, mandarin. Taste has sweet-sour apricot, peach & ripe green apple in a biscuity malt body surrounded by a whiff of vanilla, low-key funky hay and lactic acid. Tart finish with ripe stone fruit, woody & perfumey vanilla, retronasal bread and 'funky' fruit cake. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Accessible and far from aggressively funky, maintaining a very enjoyable fruity and even bready core. Nice!

A: clear red, stable, foamy, pinkish head.
A: blood orange, mandarin peel, yoghurt, sour cream, redcurrant.
T: sour blood orange, unripe red apple, redcurrant, lactic-acidic sour cream.
F: tart blood orange, faint citrus peel hops, wheat, yoghurt, wood, softly warming alcohol.
P: medium body, slick texture, average to fizzy carbonation.
Unusual Sour Ale, bit too fizzy, but adequately balanced.

A: hazy dark brown, thick, foamy, tan head.
A: toffee, speculoos, date, cinnamon, biscuit, cake.
T: sweet date, pear, biscuit, speculoos, spices and liquorice.
F: herbal hops, dried fruit, spices, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium body, thin syrupy texture, average carbonation.
All about that mellow maltiness, very good, funny name as well.

A: fresh peach, papaya, guava, mandarin.
T: sweet nectarine, papaya, sourish lime & guava.
F: peppery hops, bitter citrus pith, juicy stone fruit.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Lovely structure & balance.

A: hazy yellow, small, frothy, white head.
A: guava, peach, mandarin, lime, white pepper.
T: sweetish peach, sourish lime, dough.
F: peppery hops, guava, citrus zest & pith.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Refreshing, bit too pithy perhaps; one to revisit for sure.

A: cheese, sweaty feet, onion, dank pineapple, mango.
T: sweet pineapple, melon, dank onion & cheese.
F: piney hops, dank fruit, spices, bitter grapefruit.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Decent but lacks some structure for all that dankness.

A: toasted brown bread, espresso, tobacco, earth.
T: sweetish brown bread, toast, chestnut, bitter coffee.
F: dry & bitter earthy hops, tobacco & watered-down espresso.
P: medium body, slick-oily texture, soft carbonation.
Lacks some body; hops don't really shine through here.

Fresh & fruity Gose.
