Many thanks to Patrickfor a 330ml bottle, B/N 001, of this one. Via djoeye. Shared with Finn at Bergstua. Misty dark brownish body, film-type layer, clingy lacing. Quite inviting smell of dark dough, mid-sweet. Fine balanced taste of bread-like malts, added by a touch of caramel and biscuit. Malt-fruity ending. Pretty decent. (Malangen 31.08.2022).

330ml bottle, gyle 659, bought at Offie in Leicester and carried back home. Shared with Finn. Stable white head over a misty golden body, lacing rings down the glass. Inviting smell of herbal hops and caramel malts. Fine blended taste of caramel and cereal malts, added by herbal hops. Smooth, mid-sweet earthy malt to the ending. Fine depth to it. Likeable. 330ml bottle, batch 591, bought at Offie in Leicester and carried back home. Shared with Finn. Firm fawn-coloured head, next-to-clear dark brownish body. Spotty lacing. Promising aromas of caramel malts, smoothly roasted. Well balanced taste of dark fruits, toffee, and caramel malts. Lingering, slightly roasted bitterness on the finish. fine depth. Pleasant. 440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours an one-finger thick, pearl white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass, cloudy pale golden body. Promising pineapple nose, scent of tropical fruits. Pineapple and orange to the taste profile together with juicy oats. Drying close, bittersweet. Rounded mouth feel. Pleasing without further excitements. (Tromsø 20.08.2022).

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Crocheted lacing from an airy, pearl white head. Opaque grey-yellow body. Quite promising smell of pineapple and grapefruit. Rather unbalanced flavour character of honeyed citrus, dough, and wheat. Bone dry ending, rather sweet fruity. Soft on the swallow. Quite possible to drink, but fails to impress. 440ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Lacing rings from a stable, white head. Unclear golden body. Moderate aromas of dusty hops and a touch of mango. Canned fruity flavours, hints of peaches, backbone of juicy malts. Long-lived, smooth, bittersweet fruity ending, developing fruity sweetness after a white in the glass. Well bodied. Satisfying. Rather sweet taste character of dried fruits, mild caramel malts, and a bite of yeasty fruitiness. Oaky. Warming alcohol towards a dried fruity ending. Fine depth. Pretty decent. 500ml bottle, batch no. 2615, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Loose, bubbly white head slowly diminishing while leaving dotted spots on the glass, grey-golden body with a foggy haze. Berry-fruit, grass, and cereal malts on the nose, promising. Comprehensive, unusual taste profile of berries, pineapple, lime, earthy malts, and kveik yeast. Berry-fruity ending, fine depth with a decent bitter bite. Quite alright. (Tromsø 27.08.2022).
