330 ml. can. Pleasant kettle sour going to lemonade with lime peel, lemon peel, mint, herbs, probably misidentifying all the herbs, plenty of green weeds, mint, basic but very recessing

500 ml. can. BBF 27.09.2020. No pulp orange juice with faint lacto, low weeds, dash of tropical juice, low bitter, passionfruit, soft carb, not very complex but hugely crushable which really adds a lot to it.

500 ml. can.BBF 27/12/2020.Thick low malty haze, quite bitter but in a very pleasant way for a haze, orange peel bitter, pine, some grass, low vanilla in the back, very drinkable, low vanilla in the back is a bit odd but in tune for the style even if not fully aligned with the pine here etc. Still very nice.

Physical manifestation of the Siris about Beer concept which offers guided beer tastings, off-flavour courses and lectures about beer. Due to Covid-19 measures for the moment unfortunately only open as a delivery service & occasional store. Food & beer tastings planned in the future including an Antidoot + Enfant Terrible tasting. Visited during first open day functioning as a store. Located very close to Het Eilandje section of Antwerp in a container of sorts which is decorated far better than you would expect coated elaborately with wooden panels. About half of dedicated to beer with choice selection from Magic Rock cans, Pils 13 to Vintage rarities from De Molen, Struise to things like Tilquin grape lambiek & Cantillon. Other half is sherries, wine, wiskey and bourbon going to likes like Old Rip Van Winkle & Sherry dating back to 1910. There are also some interesting soda’s. Available currently in multitudes of 5 cl. If they are allowed to open properly multitudes of 1 cl. should be the default option. People are encouraged to try new & unique beverages, including things they wouldn’t pull the trigger otherwise on, expert explanation on all beverages available obviously. Very knowledgeable service by Dylan and outdoors entertainment by Amina as people waited outside due to Covid-19 measures. Overall very cool & interesting place and interesting concept where people have the opportunity to explore new beverages which they may not encounter otherwise or are unfamiliar with, including expert guidance if desired. For the moment there is a nice grass pasture to chill at nearby near the river after shopping here.

Visited very shortly before 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, last day before I decided to flee back home. Almost entirely deserted, possibly due to circumstances. Gorgeous old tiles behind the bar, kegs visible behind the glass as well as cellar, modern massive wood & not quit metal feel, lots of glass gorgeous. Solid prices, plenty of cask & I stuck with cask which was really good condition. Lots of great UK breweries, quite a few small ones unknown to me some prime internationals like DLS & quite an impressive collection of lambiek visible in the cellar & great service. Really stellar place.
