Bia Mara started as a seafood street food market stall in Dublin where we became hugely popular within the market circuit. It wasn't long before we got an opportunity to move to Brussels and fulfil our dream of opening our first Bia Mara restaurant. To say the reception to our concept has been overwhelming is a serious understatement. Brussels has been an inspiration to us and helped us grow way beyond our expectations. Since we opened we have used over 20 different types of sustainable fresh fish. We have created over 40 recipes for our fish & chips and an amazing 25 types of homemade sauce to accompany our delicious chips.
By now, you can find us in Brussels, Leuven & Antwerp! Huge thank you to all our customers so far along this path and we look forward to new customers and hopefully more milestones.
